American Clippers were built in two sizes: 21 and 24
feet long. The American Clipper Corporation headed by Irv Perch built
almost five-thousand of the 21' size and only twenty-five of the 24' just
before it closed its doors in 1980. One of the 24' motorhomes burned to
the ground and the twenty-four 24' Clippers left are a much sought item under the ACOC
members and are often sold at premium prices!
